Instructions
Put the first 8 ingredients into a pressure cooker and pour water enough to almost over the content.
Cover and cook for 2 whistles on medium flame. Switch off the flame and let the pressure release by itself before opening.
On medium-low flame mash some of the potatoes, so that the gravy can thicken. When you reach the consistency that you prefer, switch off the flame.
Heat coconut oil in a small pan for the tadka. Splutter the mustard seeds, and fry the red chilies and curry leaves.
Add to the curry in the pressure cooker. Potato curry is ready to have with puris or chapatis.
