No Cook Instant Khoya | Khoa | Mawa

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Milk Powder
  • 1 tsp Ghee warm
  • 4 tbsp Fresh Milk warm

Instructions
 

  • Take milk powder in a mixing bowl

  • Mix in ghee and milk that has been slightly warmed. (Add the milk little by little and knead to make a firm yet smooth dough. (You may not need all of the milk)

  • If it is too sticky, add more milk powder as needed
  • Refrigerate until it firms up

  • You can grate it and use it in your sweets which call for khoya or mawa
