Mushroom Paneer Sandwich | Mushroom Cottage cheese Sandwich

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 nos Cloves
  • 7 nos Black peppers
  • ½ tsp Cumin seeds
  • ½ tsp Fennel seeds Saunf
  • ½ inch Cinnamon stick
  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Ginger finely chopped
  • 1 nos Onion medium size, finely chopped
  • 2 nos Green chillies finely chopped
  • 2 nos Tomato medium size, finely chopped
  • 8 nos Mushroom finely chopped
  • 250 gm Cottage cheese, Paneer crumbled
  • Coriander leaves Optional
  • ½ loaf Bread
  • to taste Salt

Instructions
 

  • Grind or pound the black peppers, cumin seeds, aniseed and cloves together. Heat the oil in a pan and saute the onion, ginger and green chilies for 2 mins.
  • Mix in the turmeric, salt and ground masala.
  • Add the tomatoes and green chilies and cook for five mins.
  • Crumble the paneer into the pan. Add the mushroom and mix well. Cook till the mixture dries out a bit but not completely. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Spread butter, lightly toast the bread slices and make sandwiches with the paneer. Slice in half and serve. Enjoy!!
