Grind or pound the black peppers, cumin seeds, aniseed and cloves together. Heat the oil in a pan and saute the onion, ginger and green chilies for 2 mins.
Mix in the turmeric, salt and ground masala.
Add the tomatoes and green chilies and cook for five mins.
Crumble the paneer into the pan. Add the mushroom and mix well. Cook till the mixture dries out a bit but not completely. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Spread butter, lightly toast the bread slices and make sandwiches with the paneer. Slice in half and serve. Enjoy!!
