Flourless Brownies

Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos Egg large
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil/virgin coconut oil
  • 1 can Chickpeas, drained and washed the weight of chickpeas after drained is 260 gms
  • cup Coconut sugar/Jaggery
  • 1 tsp Instant coffee powder
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • ½ tsp Vanilla essence
  • ½ cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup Sweetened or semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Line an 8 or 9-inch square pan with parchment paper or lightly brush the pan with oil. ( I am using 9-inch pan)
  • Add all of the ingredients into a blender jar in the order mentioned.
  • Blend until smooth. It is OK if chocolate chips it not completely blended.
  • Bake in a 350°F preheated oven for 20 mins. If baking in an 8-inch pan it may take approx. 24 mins.
  • Enjoy these healthy “brownies with benefits” !!! :) 

Notes

  • You can also use 260 gm cooked Chickpeas instead of canned.
