Heat a pot on medium flame and pour 4 cups of water and wait for it to heat up. Add the chicken stock cube, grated garlic, tomato paste, olive oil, salt (add if not using chicken stock cube), olives and a pinch to 1/4 tsp chilli flakes.
Add Pasta as soon as it comes to a boil. Let it cook stirring in between. Don’t wait for the sauce to dry up completely as the sauce will thicken as it sits.(Do not cover the pot during cooking)
Check for salt and add if required. When the pasta is almost done, add mixed dried herbs.
Super easy pasta made using tomato paste is ready to serve hot. Garnish with Parmesan/Mozzarella or fresh Parsley. Enjoy!!

You can make it more filling by adding some stir fried broccoli or chicken.
