Add peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, salt into a small saucepan and combine the mixture on low heat until everything is warm and melted.
Pour in the warm mixture onto the puffed rice and mix well until combined.
Transfer the mixture into an 8 x 8-inch square baking pan lined with parchment paper. Level and press it down using hand or spatula.
Add semi-sweet chocolate or dark chocolate and virgin coconut oil into the same saucepan, melt on low heat.
Spread evenly on top using a spatula.
Set in the refrigerator for 20 min or 45 min at room temperature.
Cut into 9 - 18 pieces as desired and top with sea salt flakes.
