add 1 tbsp sugar, for more sweetness

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Soak the chia seed in the water for 10 mins.
In a medium size bowl, mash the bananas until they are completely smooth.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix until they are well combined.
Spoon heaped Tablespoon of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes.
Allow the cookies to cool for 5 minutes before devouring or store them in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Enjoy!!
Notes
These cookies are soft and chewy, not crisp after they’re baked.
